About The Position

R3 Roofing & Exteriors is expanding into the Gurnee, Illinois market and is looking for motivated individuals to help launch its newest territory. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company at the ground level and play a key role in building its presence throughout Gurnee and the surrounding communities. As an Outside Sales Representative 1 (Setter), the primary responsibility is to connect with homeowners and offer complimentary property inspections. The role involves scheduling appointments for the inspection team and handing opportunities off to an Outside Sales Representative 2 (Closer). This allows the setter to focus on meeting people, building relationships, and creating opportunities. The company emphasizes growth, earning potential, and leadership development, promoting from within.

Requirements

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented individuals
• Strong communication and people skills
• Coachable attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working outdoors and knocking doors five days per week
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Ability to pass a background check
