About The Position

The Third Estimate is a rapidly growing home improvement company with nearly 30 years of experience and over $100M in sales in the last 4 years. We are expanding into the Pittsburgh market and seeking Sales Representatives for Roofing, Windows & Doors, Siding, and Insurance Claim Sales. This role provides high-intent, pre-qualified leads daily, eliminating the need for cold calls or door knocking. The company offers a supportive environment with a focus on growth, recognition, and promotion from within.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven sales (in-home, home improvement sales, or insurance claim experience preferred)
• Strong closing skills and a hunger to win
• Customer-first attitude and reliable follow-up habits
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Growth inspired attitude while we grow and promote from within

Responsibilities

• Meet with ready-to-buy homeowners every day
• Present and sell roofing, siding, window, and door solutions with confidence
• Guide customers through insurance claim sales after storm damage
• Build trust, deliver value, and close deals with professionalism
