About The Position

Join a thriving, 43-year-old estate planning leader where you’ll never cold call, fight underwriting, or chase endless paperwork again. This opportunity offers exclusive work with warm, qualified leads in the senior market, eliminating the need for prospecting or marketing spend. You will meet with clients in a consultative, in-person sales setting, educating them on estate planning solutions and guiding them to the right package. A protected, exclusive territory of a 100-mile radius is provided to maximize your time, impact, and income. You will also receive full administrative and case support to focus on revenue-producing activities.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in consumer-direct or in-home outside sales
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, competitive, and comfortable in a commission-driven environment
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within your assigned territory
