About The Position

As a Glo Fiber Outside Sales Representative, you’ll represent our brand in the community by connecting directly with customers at their homes and helping them connect to high-speed fiber internet. You’ll build relationships, guide customers through their options, and take ownership of your assigned territory while working independently in the field. This role can be challenging, but offers high earning potential, independence, and strong career growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Goal-driven and motivated by performance-based earnings
  • Strong communicator who builds rapport easily
  • Resilient, self-motivated and able to work well independently
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Be comfortable with a flexible schedule (evenings/weekends)
  • Hold a valid driver’s license and travel within your territory

Responsibilities

  • Face-to-face customer engagement in your territory
  • Identifying needs and presenting Glo Fiber services
  • Building relationships and growing your customer base
  • Meeting sales goals through outreach and follow-up
  • Traveling locally and working outdoors
