This position offers uncapped commissions and performance bonuses, with average annual earnings ranging from $95,000 to $100,000, and top performers earning over $150,000 annually. The role involves conducting in-home sales presentations with qualified, preset appointments, leading engaging product demonstrations, and tailoring solutions to meet homeowner needs. The primary focus is on turning preset, prequalified leads into high-value sales through consultative, in-home presentations, with no cold calling required. The emphasis is on connecting with homeowners, showcasing products, and confidently closing sales.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Positive, competitive, goal driven mindset; coachable and growth oriented.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform occasional bending/kneeling as needed.
  • Availability during listed hours; reliable, team focused collaborator.
