About The Position

ProCraft is hiring W2 Outside Sales Representatives in the Huntsville area who want a long-term career home, not another short-term gig. We’re a fully licensed unlimited general contractor. If it involves a home, we do it: restoration, remodeling, and construction all under one roof. Because we’ve done the hard work on reputation and marketing, we now have more qualified homeowner appointments than our current team can run. We need professionals who can step in, run leads, and close. If you want stability, consistency, and long-term upside with no income ceiling – plus a steady flow of company-provided leads – this role is built for you.

Requirements

  • DRIVE
  • 18 years or older
  • Personal, reliable transportation
  • Must be able to walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
  • Live in or near the service area
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to build a career

Responsibilities

  • Run company-supplied homeowner appointments
  • Perform home inspections
  • Guide homeowners through restoration and renovation decisions
  • Consult, problem solve, and present solutions that make sense
