Outside Sales Representative
About The Position
Bo’s Generators, a Power Support Partners company, has been trusted by Florida homeowners for over 50 years to keep their homes powered during outages. We are looking for a high-performing closer with in-home residential sales experience to join our team as an Outside Sales Representative (Power Consultant). Our inside sales team provides a steady flow of qualified in-home appointments. Your role will be to show up, build trust, and close sales. You will also be responsible for self-generating leads through referrals and local prospecting. We use in-house crews, stand behind every installation, and build relationships that last.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with CRM and mobile tools
- Must pass background check, driving record check, and drug screening
- High-performing closer with in-home residential sales experience
Nice To Haves
- Background in high-end in-home residential sales (e.g. windows, pools, roofing, solar)
Responsibilities
- Run in-home consultations
- Own your pipeline with same-day recaps and structured follow-up
- Maintain CRM accuracy and deliver detailed, clean estimates
- Self-generate leads through referrals and local prospecting
