Outside Sales Representative
About The Position
Home Genius Exteriors is a rapidly expanding home improvement company, recognized on Qualified Remodeler's Top 500 and by Owens Corning. We are seeking ambitious and competitive individuals aiming to establish a six-figure career with substantial earning potential. This role involves meeting with pre-qualified homeowners, conducting in-home presentations, proposing solutions, and closing sales for high-value home improvement projects. The position offers a hybrid work schedule in Cherry Hill, NJ, with average first-year earnings between $150K-$200K, uncapped commissions, and bonuses, with top performers earning over $300K.
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred, not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Weekend availability (6 days/week)
Nice To Haves
- Industry experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
- Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
- Present financing options and close sales
- Build lasting customer relationships
- Participate in ongoing sales training
