About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years of direct sales experience
Honest, loyal, and ethical
Ability to work in a team

Ability to build long-term customer relationships
Ability to maintain a professional, positive, courteous, and friendly demeanor
Excellent verbal and written skills
Strong project management and multi-tasking skills
Excellent negotiation and objection-countering skills
Knowledge of principles and methods of selling products and services
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM software, email, and internet-based research
Ability to manage coworker and customer interactions with tact and diplomacy
Ability to travel frequently to customer locations
A commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality on all corporate matters
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug testing

Nice To Haves

3+ years of direct sales experience
Direct sales experience in the business-to-business HVAC/R or similar industry is a plus
