About The Position

Universal Energy Solutions is hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative to join our Calverton, MD office, serving businesses throughout the Greater Washington, DC metropolitan area. This is a full-time, outside, face-to-face sales position where you'll work directly with small and medium-sized businesses to evaluate their electricity and natural gas supply plans, identify opportunities to reduce energy costs, and recommend competitive energy supplier options from our network of trusted energy providers. You'll build relationships with local business owners, develop new accounts, manage existing customer relationships, and grow your own book of business over time. As your customer portfolio grows, you'll continue supporting those relationships through future renewals, creating additional earning opportunities through residual commissions. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in outside sales, business-to-business sales, territory sales, account management, business development, customer service, or other client-facing roles.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable personal vehicle
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
