About The Position

Home Fire Stove & Grill City is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. We are a leader in fireplaces, wood stoves, outdoor living products, grills, hot tubs, saunas, and custom home solutions. This is an opportunity for a true sales professional who enjoys building relationships, creating new opportunities, and closing business. The right person will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with builders, contractors, designers, homeowners, and strategic partners while helping customers bring their projects to life. We are looking for someone who is competitive, self-motivated, organized, and excited by the opportunity to grow sales through relationship-building and consistent follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with builders, contractors, remodelers, and industry partners
  • Generate new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
  • Meet with customers and partners to understand project needs and provide solutions
  • Present products, options, and recommendations with confidence
  • Follow up on leads, quotes, and opportunities to drive sales
  • Build a strong pipeline through networking, outreach, and relationship management
  • Create long-term partnerships that generate repeat business and referrals
  • Work closely with the showroom, installation, and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
