About The Position

Window Nation is seeking talented individuals to join their team as Outside Sales Representatives. This role involves conducting in-home sales presentations for a wide range of home improvement products and services. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1+ years selling in a customer-facing retail sales environment
Valid Driver's License

Nice To Haves

1+ years of experience in outside sales, commissioned sales, in-home sales, or related field
Capability to navigate various applications on an iPad
Demonstrated ability and desire to perform in high pressure, fast growth retail company environment
Established reputation as a high integrity top performer

Responsibilities

Manage pre-qualified leads in a one-call-close environment
Provide prospective customers options that align with their expressed home improvement needs
Maintain CRM records and other customer-related documentation
Ensure customers understand all aspects of their home improvement projects, including pricing, next steps, and expected lead times
Serve as the liaison between the customer and the company’s post-sale division for matters related to financing, contract changes, and quality assurance
Stay current on industry trends, market trends, and competitor activity
