About The Position
Join Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair as an Outside Sales Representative and play a key role in the future of our team. You will consult with homeowners at appointments we have scheduled for you. Your goal? To diagnose issues they are experiencing with their home and provide the best solution for them. This is more than just a Sales Representative role though. It’s a chance to shape the future of a company that is redefining the industry. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Construction background is helpful but not required
- Ability to walk, kneel and crawl with unrestricted lifting ability.
- Ability to fit and work in a crawl space: approximately 18 x 18 clearance
- Computer proficiency (training provided)
- Strong listening, closing and follow-up skills and the ability to speak, read, and write in English.

- Construction background is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Attend pre-scheduled appointments
- Perform in-home inspections, conduct detailed consultations, and offer customized solutions to meet homeowners’ needs
- Aim to meet and surpass sales goals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
