Outside Sales Representative
About The Position
Surface Experts is seeking an Outside Sales Representative who is looking for a hybrid remote schedule with more independence. This role is not a typical 9-5 desk job and offers flexibility and freedom. The company provides quality leads, a powerful CRM tool, and a dedicated Support Center for client management assistance. No prior industry experience, degree, or formal sales experience is needed, as comprehensive training is provided, including an annual trip to Surface Experts corporate for sales training from world-class experts. The company focuses on repairing small damage to various surfaces as an alternative to replacement or refinishing, aiming to save customers time, money, and reduce waste.
Requirements
- Strong rapport skills and persistence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Coachable — eager to learn, open to feedback, takes responsibility for results, and willing to run a proven sales playbook.
- Curious — comfortable asking questions and seeks to serve customers by understanding them first.
- Detail-Oriented — executes daily habits (routing, documenting metrics, sending follow-ups) that turn activity into revenue, consistently.

Responsibilities
- Choose your sales route with an average of 15 appointments per day (all leads are provided).
- Build rapport with property managers during appointments.
- Walk through units to assess opportunities.
- Educate potential clients on Surface Experts' services and book repairs.
- Review sales route, conduct prep calls, and perform minimal admin work from home.
- Attend a ten-minute check-in with the Owner.
