This position is for our Outside Air Filter Sales Representative team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of air filters to a diverse range of clients, including commercial, industrial, and resale customers. You will be tasked with developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and meeting sales targets.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the HVAC or air filtration industry
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect and cold call to generate new leads and opportunities
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and market segments.
  • Present product offerings and solutions to potential customers.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate air filter solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage assigned sales territory effectively.
  • Develop a strategic sales plan to maximize sales opportunities within the territory.
  • Schedule and prioritize sales activities to optimize productivity.
  • Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance using CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings.
  • Attend product training sessions and stay informed about new products and technologies.
  • Educate customers about the features and benefits of our air filter products.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
