Central Plumbing is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to drive growth within our industrial and commercial service markets throughout the Baton Rouge region. This role is responsible for developing new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing customers, and generating revenue through the sale of plumbing services, maintenance agreements, repairs, and project work. The ideal candidate will possess a proven industrial sales background, experience working within compliance-driven environments, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. This position will report directly to the Sales Estimator and receive training on Central Plumbing's customer base, service offerings, and sales processes. This position plays an important role in supporting operational growth, expanding market share, and contributing to company goals through proactive business development, customer engagement, and strategic account management.
