About The Position
SeekOne Roofing in Athens, AL is adding full-time and contract Outside Sales Representatives to our dynamic team. With uncapped earning potential, the sky is truly the limit for our Outside Sales Representatives! Depending on your commission, you could make $95,000 - $250,000/year. Requirements
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Positive attitude with a hustler's mentality
- Self-motivated and hard-working mindset
- Willingness to learn more and receive coaching
- Physical ability to climb ladders, lift equipment, and access rooftops
- Comfort with working outdoors and walking around neighborhoods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Professionally and confidently representing our business
- Engaging with prospects and offering free inspections to generate leads
- Educating homeowners on storm damage and the insurance claims process
- Serving as the point of contact throughout the project to ensure the customer is satisfied every step of the way
- Collaborating with our internal support team to ensure seamless service and efficient project completion
