About The Position

The Outside Sales Representative (OSR) is a key contributing role responsible for sourcing, cultivating, and maintaining relationships with profitable potential and current accounts for Equipment Experts, Inc. The OSR plays a crucial role in aligning excellent customer service with the company's need to deliver excellence safely. This position is highly collaborative, internally and externally facing, and requires a high level of customer service and communication skills.

Requirements

  • Maintain an insurable driving record
  • Mechanical experience preferred
  • 3+ years of outside sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth in line with company objectives
  • Make 50-100 outbound calls weekly to convert leads into sales
  • Maintain an insurable driving record for smooth transportation during customer visits
  • Collaborate with team members to generate profitable business opportunities and ensure a steady flow of incoming work
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
  • Conduct targeted meetings with new customers to showcase EEI’s value proposition and generate leads
  • Acquire new customers and expand EEI’s market presence to drive revenue growth
  • Meet or exceed targets for the value of closed orders to contribute to organizational growth
