Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Prior experience in an outside sales or commission-based environment is highly preferred.
  • Sales Approach: Prior B2B consultative sales experience is a major plus—you know how to ask the right questions and build value.
  • Drive: A passion for constant learning, skills growth, and carving out a lucrative career path.

Nice To Haves

  • Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in a sign, graphics, or print environment is a fantastic bonus (but we will train the right sales-minded candidate!).

Responsibilities

  • Prospect & Hunt: Actively prospect for new B2B business, attend networking events, and uncover new opportunities in the Calgary market.
  • Consult & Solve: Work with customers across a wide variety of industries, offering expert advice and consultation to provide visual solutions that make a real impact in their workplace.
  • Build Relationships: Manage and nurture long-term customer relationships, ensuring FASTSIGNS is their first call for every new project.
  • Drive Revenue: Manage your sales pipeline effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.
