About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a flourishing industry with unlimited earning potential. This role offers a base salary, full benefits, and uncapped commissions. We provide best-in-class training to help you succeed and grow your career. Year 1 on-target earnings are estimated between $87,000-$106,000, with potential for more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on-target earnings are estimated between $119,000-$137,000, also with opportunities for increased earnings. The role includes extensive training: 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of on-the-job field training and ongoing support. Responsibilities

  • Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
  • Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments.
  • Growing your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions for retaining clients through strong account management.
  • Performing virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
  • Building strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries.
