Outside Sales Representative
About The Position
Home Genius Exteriors is a rapidly expanding home improvement company, recognized on Qualified Remodeler's Top 500 list and by Owens Corning. We focus on helping homeowners improve their properties with top-tier roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors. Our mission is to redefine the homeowner experience, growing significantly in just seven years. We are looking for motivated individuals eager to contribute to our nationwide expansion by 2030. This is a full-time, W-2 outside sales position where you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, deliver presentations, and close deals. Top performers can earn over $300K annually, with average first-year earnings between $130K and $180K. The role involves travel within a 30-90 minute radius of your home location.
Requirements
- Sales experience is a plus, not required
- Vehicle and License Required
- Strong communication & organization skills, influential personality
- Weekend Availability (6 days/week)
- Self-motivated and driven to win; works well independently or on a team
- Industry experience is a plus, not required
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home presentations that WOW homeowners.
- Assess homes, recommend solutions, and close sales on the spot.
- Master our product portfolio and financing options.
- Build lasting customer relationships for repeat business.
- Participate in ongoing sales training.
