About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for a position offering unlimited earning potential in the flourishing digital marketing industry. This role provides a base salary along with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. First-year on-target earnings are projected between $105,000-$115,000, with the potential to exceed this, and second-year earnings between $115,000-$135,000. Hibu offers best-in-class training to support career growth, including 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 9 weeks of in-field training and ongoing company-wide support. Responsibilities

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model (Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO)
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
