As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our roofing solutions, and close projects in-home. Requirements

Resilience and ability to handle rejection without being discouraged.
Ability to drive 100 miles a day on average.
Availability to work evenings and weekends.
Comfortable working in a commission-based role.
Strong ability to navigate complex conversations and close deals on the spot.
Technological proficiency in using an iPad.
Submit to a background screening.
Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generation required.
Conduct professional roofing consultations, product demos, provide same-day estimates, and close the sale.
Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development.
