About The Position

This role focuses on selling recurring commercial janitorial contracts, with opportunities to expand into landscaping, window washing, and more. The position offers a competitive compensation structure with a base salary of $60,000 plus uncapped commission, leading to on-target earnings of $120,000+ and potential for significant income growth through a recurring revenue model. Requirements

  • Demonstrated success in outside sales or new business development.
  • The drive to hunt new business in person and by phone.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and accountable to high standards.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for territory coverage.
  • Strong communication skills for surveys, presentations, and proposals.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling recurring services or B2B contracts.
  • Background in uniform, facility services, or commercial cleaning sales.
  • Existing relationships with commercial property managers or building owners.
  • Field sales or territory sales background, with CRM fluency.

Responsibilities

  • Set 3 appointments, complete 3, and deliver 3 proposals weekly.
  • Spend 3 days in the field and 2 days on focused phone blocks each week.
  • Log around 50 quality activities a day in the CRM.
  • Prospect commercial buildings in person and by phone.
  • Close recurring contracts that grow income and the sales book.
