Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in HVAC sales.
  • Strong understanding of account management principles and lead generation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed for client meetings and events.
  • A background in inside sales or territory sales is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts through regular communication and follow-ups.
  • Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation strategies.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with customer needs and market trends.
  • Provide feedback on market conditions, competition, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
