About The Position

Appoint Staffing is currently hiring Outside Sales Representatives for our client in the hospitality services industry. This is a field-based B2B sales role where you will work directly with restaurant owners, café operators, and local businesses throughout Ottawa to introduce innovative hospitality solutions. If you enjoy working independently, meeting business owners, and building a successful sales career, we would love to hear from you.

Requirements

• Valid Ontario G Driver's License
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
• Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or business development is an asset

Responsibilities

• Visit local restaurants, cafés, and small businesses throughout Ottawa.
• Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

• Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities.
• Meet weekly and monthly performance targets.
• Represent the company professionally within the marketplace.
