About The Position

We are looking for a Sales Rep/Home Health Advisor to drive revenue through consultative, field-based sales. Our client specializes in carpentry, painting, and exterior systems designed to protect residential assets in coastal environments. In this role, you will meet with homeowners, assess the condition of exterior systems, and develop tailored solutions that protect and improve their homes. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from first conversation through close—while serving as the primary liaison between the client and our production team.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of outside sales experience with prospecting, negotiation, and closing
  • Proven success closing $550K+ annually over the past two years
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline management and follow-up
  • Excellent communicator with a consultative sales approach
  • Self-driven, accountable, and motivated to grow with a scaling company

Nice To Haves

  • Construction, painting, or exterior trades experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of estimating, scopes of work, and project timelines
