About The Position

The right sales professional knows how to uncover that need, explain it clearly, and confidently ask for the opportunity to earn the homeowner’s business—without pressure or intimidation. We’re looking for an outside sales professional with high EQ, strong soft skills, and a natural ability to guide a conversation forward. Someone who asks the right questions, listens carefully, speaks intelligently, and knows how to close by helping—not forcing—a decision.

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently in the field throughout the Madison area
  • Strong in-home sales or consultative selling experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Meet with homeowners in their homes for thoughtful, in-depth consultations
  • Ask smart, relevant questions to understand their goals, concerns, and priorities
  • Educate homeowners on solutions they truly need—not what they’re pressured to buy
  • Design and present window and door solutions that improve both aesthetics and function
  • Clearly explain value, investment, and long-term benefits in a calm, confident manner
  • Speak intelligently and credibly—without jargon or sales theatrics
  • Guide homeowners through the decision-making process at a respectful pace
  • Confidently ask for the opportunity to earn their business—without pressure
  • Close sales through trust, clarity, and professionalism
  • Ensure contracts and details are accurately entered into the CRM
  • Stay connected with homeowners from first meeting through project completion
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Build long-term relationships and strong referrals
