About The Position

Nextep is seeking a goal-driven Outside Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys helping businesses succeed. This role involves building relationships with decision-makers of businesses of all sizes to enhance their employment experience. The successful candidate will conduct research to understand client needs, present tailored PEO solutions, and close sales deals. Daily activities include making sales calls, managing the sales process, delivering proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to qualify prospects. Effective management of the sales pipeline, lead tracking, and CRM usage are essential. Staying informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape is also a key aspect of the role.

Requirements
