About The Position
Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative with unlimited earning potential in a flourishing industry. This role offers uncapped commissions, a base salary, and full benefits. We provide best-in-class training to help you succeed and grow your career. Year 1 on-target earnings are between $85,000-$95,000, with the potential to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Year 2 on-target earnings are projected between $100,000-$115,000. This is a hybrid sales environment involving both home office and in-field work.

Responsibilities
- Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model including Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO.
- Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments.
- Growing your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earning residual commissions for retaining clients through strong account management.
- Performing virtual and in-person presentations to prospects.
- Building strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries.
