Requirements

Strong sales orientation with proven experience in outside sales or business development.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and willingness to travel locally.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently to achieve growth targets.

Responsibilities

Conduct on-road cold calls to potential new and established customers to grow the client base.
Act as the primary point of contact for new customers, providing clear explanations of the repair process and service capabilities.
Identify and develop new business opportunities for fleet maintenance, paint, and graphics services.
Meet with prospective clients offsite to provide high-level service estimates and build relationships.
