About The Position
Florida Window & Door is seeking driven, competitive sales professionals to join their expanding Sales Team. This role offers the opportunity to earn six figures and beyond through a 100% commission + bonus structure. The company provides pre-set, pre-qualified in-home appointments, allowing sales professionals to focus on building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing sales. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners through company-provided appointments
- Build rapport and identify each customer’s needs
- Present customized solutions featuring high-quality impact windows and doors
- Educate homeowners on available products and hurricane protection solutions
- Prepare quotes and confidently close sales
- Follow up with customers and manage the sales process from appointment through contract
- Deliver a professional customer experience that reflects the Florida Window & Door brand
