The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for developing new business, managing key accounts, and increasing Britespan’s market share. This role is primarily field-based and focused on direct-to-end-user sales in the agricultural and commercial construction markets. The successful candidate will actively prospect, generate leads, conduct on-site meetings, develop proposals, close sales, and support projects through completion while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. This position requires strong consultative selling skills, construction knowledge, and the ability to manage long sales cycles. All employees are to participate in, and positively contribute to the company culture, Health and Safety initiatives, continuous improvement and abide by the Employment Standards Act and all company policies and procedures while maintaining a customer service mindset.
