About The Position
Vision Ford Lincoln is seeking driven, entrepreneurial sales professionals to join their team as Remote Outside Sales Representatives. This role is designed for individuals who are highly motivated, self-disciplined, and aim to build a six-figure income from anywhere. It is a fully remote, commission-only position with uncapped earning potential, focusing on speed, technology, customer experience, and relationship-driven selling in a modern automotive sales operation.
Requirements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with high personal accountability.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to travel to customers and assist with vehicle delivery when necessary.

- Sales experience preferred, but high drive and work ethic matter more than dealership experience.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, social media, referrals, and relationship building.
- Sell new and pre-owned vehicles to customers nationwide.
- Build and maintain a personal book of business.
- Guide customers through a fast, modern, technology-driven buying experience.
- Communicate with customers via phone, text, email, and video.
- Utilize CRM and sales tools to manage pipeline and follow-up.
- Travel to customers and assist with vehicle delivery when necessary.
- Represent the Vision Ford Lincoln brand with professionalism and urgency.
