About The Position
Heritage Roofing & Construction is hiring an entry-level Outside Sales Representative to help launch its Nashville market. The role helps homeowners recover after severe weather by guiding restoration projects from inspection through completion. No roofing or industry experience is required; the company provides paid training, hands-on mentorship, and ongoing leadership development. Each Nashville hire must complete a paid training program of up to 90 days in Dallas, Texas, before returning to the Nashville market. The position offers uncapped commission, base pay during training, per-claim bonuses, commissions on completed projects, and opportunities for performance bonuses and advancement based on performance.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Pickup truck, or ability to obtain one within 60 days.
- Ability to complete the required paid training program of up to 90 days in Dallas, Texas.
- Competitive, self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow.
- Strong communication skills and a goal-oriented approach.
- Comfort meeting new people.

Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods.
