Outside Sales Representative
About The Position

We’re looking for a Residential Pest Control & Ancillary Sales Inspector who knows how to identify problems, build trust, and close deals on the spot. This is a full-time position with base pay plus commission. The role involves performing comprehensive whole-home inspections, identifying pest issues and recommending solutions, educating homeowners, selling pest control and ancillary services, building urgency, closing same-day sales, and maintaining a strong pipeline through referrals and self-generated leads.

- Comfortable working outdoors and inside residential properties
- Sales experience preferred (pest control, home services, or similar industries a plus)
Responsibilities
- Sell Pest Control, Termite treatments, and other Ancillary services.
- Conduct property inspections and deliver tailored service recommendations.
- Close inbound leads and actively prospect for new residential clients.
- Drive daily to customer appointments and job sites.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales activity.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions.
- Other duties as assigned.
