About The Position
Window Works Chicago, a family brand of Florida Window and Door, is a rapidly expanding home improvement company in the U.S., recognized as the #19 largest by Qualified Remodeler. As demand for energy-efficient windows and doors increases, we are seeking driven individuals to join our sales team and establish lucrative careers. This role operates on a full commission plus bonus structure, making it perfect for self-starters who excel in performance-driven settings. With pre-scheduled and qualified appointments, your focus will be on closing deals and maximizing earnings from the outset.
Requirements
- Excellent communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Motivated, competitive, and coachable
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
- Attend in-home appointments with pre-qualified leads
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Present and sell high-quality, energy-efficient windows and doors
- Provide professional quotes and finalize sales
- Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism
