About The Position

ServiceMaster of Tustin is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to develop relationships with insurance professionals, property managers, contractors, commercial clients, and homeowners throughout Orange County. This is a field-based sales role for someone who is motivated, organized, and comfortable building business through networking, follow-up, and consistent relationship management. You will represent a company that provides water damage mitigation, fire restoration, mold remediation, and emergency response services. The right candidate is competitive, self-directed, and understands that sales is about trust, responsiveness, and execution — not just talking.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable with prospecting and developing new business
  • Professional appearance and reliable transportation
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to use mobile technology, tablets, and CRM software

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain referral relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, contractors, property managers, and commercial accounts
  • Generate new business opportunities through in-person visits, networking, follow-up calls, and community outreach
  • Respond quickly to incoming leads and customer requests
  • Educate clients on restoration services and project processes
  • Track activity, opportunities, and accounts using company sales tools and CRM systems
  • Represent the company professionally in the field and at industry events
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure strong customer experience and communication
