GEM Supply CompanyJacksonville, FL

About The Position

GEM Supply is Florida's independent janitorial and facility supply leader, founded in 1930 and still family-owned. We serve schools, government agencies, healthcare, and commercial accounts with best-in-class service, pricing, and training. Branches in Jacksonville, Orlando, Tampa/Clearwater, and Ocala, and coming to a city near you. At GEM Supply, we take pride in being a family-owned company with deep roots in the communities we serve. Our team is built on people who show up, execute, and take care of customers the right way. We're not just selling products. We're changing how custodial care gets done. This is a field role involving windshield time, job walks, closet audits, and boots on the floor. You'll be paired with a senior sales leader who works the strategic and district-level relationships while you own the day-to-day ground game, and you'll grow the territory together. You are the CEO of your territory.
