About The Position

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join their flourishing industry. This role offers unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions, a base salary, and full benefits. Hibu provides best-in-class training to ensure success and career growth. The first-year compensation is estimated at $110K–$120K, with potential to grow to $120K–$140K+ in the second year. The position includes a base salary of $65,000 and various allowances and reimbursements for auto, cell phone, internet, parking, tolls, and gas, totaling approximately $70K+ in fixed compensation for the first year, plus variable reimbursement and commission upside. Responsibilities

• Selling Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership selling model (Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO)
• Cold calling business owners and prospecting within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining your clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships working within a wide variety of industries, making each day different!
