Account Executives are responsible for developing and executing sales strategies for the Commercial and Industrial lines of business. This role involves identifying viable leads, acquiring new business, and targeting new business and competitor opportunities in the market. The focus is on opportunities with a revenue band of $200-$2000 per month. The position requires maintaining an awareness of market behavior and competitive trends, a thorough knowledge of the company’s services, pricing structures, and the ability to offer additional services. Establishing long-term business relationships with new clients to grow revenue and meet pricing objectives is crucial. The role also involves executing service agreements, building relationships and increasing company visibility through participation in sponsored activities, trade shows, and community events. Collaboration with the Operations Team and Customer Service department to address customer needs is expected, along with performing site visits as required. Daily utilization of Salesforce.com for scheduling and documenting activities, managing the sales pipeline, and achieving weekly activity standards are essential. The Account Executive is responsible for achieving and/or exceeding monthly growth quotas and performing other job-related duties as assigned.
