Outside Sales Representative
About The Position

We’re looking for driven Account Managers who want to build a territory, develop long-term customer relationships, and create a rewarding career in sales. Whether you bring sales experience or transferable experience from construction, property management, building materials, or another customer-facing industry, we’re interested in people with the drive and ability to succeed.
Requirements
- Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable prospecting for new business
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organized and able to independently manage a territory and pipeline
- Sales, business development, account management, construction, property management, building materials, or related experience preferred
- High-potential early-career candidates are encouraged to apply
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the territory
Responsibilities
- Develop new business within an assigned territory
- Prospect through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and industry relationships
- Build relationships with property managers and other key decision-makers
- Conduct site visits and identify customer flooring needs
- Present solutions, develop proposals, and close business
- Grow existing accounts and recurring revenue
- Manage your pipeline and partner with internal teams to deliver strong customer experience
