About The Position

Weather Shield Roofing Systems™ is looking for a driven Commercial Roofing Sales Representative to help expand its presence throughout Florida. This role involves developing new relationships, earning customer trust, and playing a key role in growing the Weather Shield brand. The ideal candidate is energized by finding opportunities, solving problems, and winning business through relationships, with a proven ability to sell high-value B2B services to decision-makers. This position requires persistence, consistency, and follow-through, with comfort in managing longer sales cycles while staying proactive. Requirements

Proven success in B2B sales with a track record of developing new business.
Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
Self-motivated with exceptional organization and follow-through.
Comfortable managing complex sales opportunities.
CRM Experience.

Nice To Haves

Experience in commercial roofing, construction, facilities, or related industries is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Develop and grow new commercial roofing opportunities throughout Florida.
Build lasting relationships with building owners, property managers, facility managers, consultants, and general contractors.
Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
Manage opportunities from first conversation through project completion.
Partner closely with operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Continue growing existing customer relationships while identifying additional opportunities.
Represent Weather Shield professionally and uphold our reputation in every interaction.
