About The Position
R3 Roofing & Exteriors is seeking motivated, outgoing, and competitive individuals to join our Outside Sales team as Outside Sales Representative I (Setter). This role involves connecting with homeowners in residential neighborhoods to offer complimentary property inspections. While no prior roofing or sales experience is required, coachability, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work hard are essential. This is a 1099 independent contractor position with significant earning potential and opportunities for advancement within the company.
Requirements

- Comfortable working outdoors and canvassing residential neighborhoods.

Responsibilities
- Engage with homeowners in residential neighborhoods.
- Offer complimentary property inspections and schedule appointments.
- Maintain clear communication with your assigned Closer and ensure a smooth handoff.
- Build rapport and trust with homeowners while representing R3 professionally.
- Generate quality leads and referrals.
- Learn the roofing and storm restoration industry from experienced team members.
- Participate in training, coaching, competitions, and development opportunities.
- Continuously develop your sales skills with the opportunity to advance within R3.
