About The Position

Omni Fiber is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to bring cutting-edge, reliable fiber internet directly to customers' doorsteps. In this role, you will engage with homeowners through face-to-face conversations and in-home consultations, helping them discover the value of high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services. You will own your territory, build relationships, and drive real impact by growing the customer base in the communities served. This position supports the Ashland region, primarily working within Akron, Barberton, Chippewa Lake, Copley, Homerville, Kent, Litchfield, Lodi, Medina, Seville, Spencer, Wadsworth, and surrounding areas. Territories may shift based on business needs. Comprehensive, hands-on training is provided, so prior sales experience is not required.

Requirements

Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role.
Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally.
Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones.
Use of a personal vehicle is required. After traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory, you will be reimbursed at the existing allowable IRS rate. Travel outside of your territory will also be reimbursed at the IRS rate per mile incurred.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals within your assigned territory

Very competitive base salary and uncapped commissions with overall target compensation of $87,000-$105,000 per year.
