About The Position

Capital Business Systems is seeking a motivated and people-oriented Outside Sales Representative to build a career in sales. This role involves building relationships with local business owners and decision-makers, prospecting and generating new business within a designated territory, identifying client technology and workflow needs, presenting customized solutions, negotiating and closing sales agreements, and maintaining customer relationships. The company provides comprehensive training and ongoing support for individuals looking to start a professional sales career, even without prior experience. You will receive hands-on training, coaching from experienced sales leaders, and clear milestones to ensure success. Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work independently throughout the day
