About The Position
Home Genius Exteriors is seeking driven, competitive individuals to build a six-figure career with unlimited earning potential as an Outside Sales Representative. This is a full-time, W-2 position where you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales. The average first-year earnings are between $150K-$200K with uncapped commissions and bonuses, and top performers earn over $300K. This role offers a hybrid work schedule in Raleigh, NC.
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred, not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required (Drive times 30-90 minutes from home)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Weekend availability (6 days/week)

- Industry experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
- Inspect homes and recommend roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors
- Present financing options and close sales
- Build lasting customer relationships
- Participate in ongoing sales training
