As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll run pre-set, qualified appointments, educate homeowners on our roofing solutions, and close projects in-home.
Requirements
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection without being discouraged.
- Ability to drive 100 miles a day on average.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends.
- Comfortable working in a commission-based role.
- Strong ability to navigate complex conversations and close deals on the spot.
- Technological proficiency in using an iPad.
- Submit to a background screening.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
Responsibilities
- Run pre-set, qualified appointments with homeowners—no cold calling or lead generation required.
- Conduct professional roofing consultations, product demos, provide same-day estimates, and close the sale.
- Partner with your Sales Manager and team for ongoing coaching, joint appointments, weekly meetings, and skill development.
