About The Position
Appoint Staffing is currently hiring Outside Sales Representatives for our clients in the hospitality services industry. This is a field-based B2B sales role where you will work directly with restaurant owners, café operators, and local businesses throughout Kitchener, Guelph, and Cambridge to introduce innovative hospitality solutions. If you enjoy working independently, meeting business owners, and building a successful sales career, we would love to hear from you.
Requirements
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working independently in the field
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or business development is an asset
- Recent graduates and candidates looking to start a career in professional sales are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Visit local restaurants, cafés, and small businesses throughout Kitchener, Guelph, and Cambridge
- Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Present and promote hospitality service solutions
- Generate new business opportunities and sales
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities
- Meet weekly and monthly performance targets
- Represent the company professionally within the marketplace
