About The Position
Jacuzzi Bath Remodel is seeking a driven, professional Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an in-home, one-call-close sales position where you'll meet with pre-qualified homeowners and deliver a structured sales presentation to help customers design their ideal bathroom remodeling solution. If you are confident, coachable, and motivated by performance-based income, this is an exceptional opportunity to represent a nationally recognized brand with industry-leading products.
Requirements
- 2+ years of in-home sales experience preferred
- Strong closing skills and ability to overcome objections
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working evenings and Saturdays
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift product samples and climb stairs

Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations (leads provided - no cold calling or door knocking)
- Conduct the full Jacuzzi Bath Remodel presentation for prospective customers, showcasing our products and services
- Establish trust with homeowners by understanding their goals and recommending tailored remodeling solutions
- Respond to customer questions, overcome objections, and provide guidance throughout the consultation process
- Finalize sales agreements at the appointment while accurately completing contracts, financing documents, and payment information
- Coordinate with sales and production teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from consultation through installation
- Keep organized customer records, notes, and follow-up activity within the CRM system
- Uphold the reputation of the Jacuzzi brand through professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service
